Caitlin Cintas is a third-generation Bay Area native and Realtor® known for her calm, straightforward approach. Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate and construction, she developed an early appreciation for design, aesthetics, and how thoughtful presentation shapes the way a home is experienced.

Caitlin believes the real estate process should feel organized and intentional. Clients often describe working with her as seamless and well-managed. She communicates directly, offers a clear point of view, and keeps transactions moving without unnecessary pressure. Her focus is on preparation, presentation, and thoughtful marketing, ensuring each home is positioned clearly and effectively from the start.

Caitlin grew up in the South Bay, graduated from Archbishop Mitty High School, and earned her business degree from the University of San Diego before becoming a Realtor® in 2016. She has built her business on trust, discretion, and delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.
